Founder
Kristen's background combines experience in HR management and strategic roles within the recruitment agency environment. With a Bachelor of Applied Management majoring in HR and certifications in strategic leadership and sales, Kristen is well-equipped to navigate the complexities of talent acquisition and organisational development.
Throughout her career, Kristen has demonstrated a remarkable ability to lead with excellence. She has led multiple branches to success, exceeding business targets and driving substantial growth across key accounts.
When she's not immersed in her professional endeavours, Kristen cherishes every moment spent creating memories with her loved ones. Whether it's getting outdoors, or simply enjoying quality time together at home, Kristen values spending time with her husband and four children.
One of Kristen's favourite pastimes is being out on the water, especially heading out to game fish, mooring up in a little bay around the Coromandel and breathing in the fresh, sea air.
For Kristen, balancing her bustling career with her family life is not just a necessity but a source of happiness. She believes in living life to the fullest, embracing every moment with enthusiasm, and valuing the moments shared with those closest to her.

With over a decade of diverse recruitment experience, Ash's journey within recruitment has seen him working in recruitment agencies, internal talent acquisition, and most recently working for the Job Board at Trade Me Jobs.
At Trade Me, Ash partnered with businesses, big and small, to help them up their recruitment game through recruitment advertising/marketing campaigns, employer branding or improving their general processes to achieve their recruitment goals.
Throughout Ash's varied career within the recruitment space his passion for people and his love for the recruitment industry has remained unmatched, Ash prides himself on always putting people first to ensure their needs are met as a priority which has led Ash to developing a massive local network and a raft of long-standing relationships. Ash is all about partnering with companies who prioritise their people and crave working with the best talent out there.
Originally an Essex boy, Ash made the move to New Zealand in 2013 and has never looked back, he's kept the dodgy Essex accent though.
Outside of the work grind, Ash is a dedicated family man. Whether that is being the best dad he can be to his little boy, George, or making sure he is a supportive partner to his future wife, Casey. Family is at the heart of everything.
And then there's Ash's other true love , he is a long-suffering Arsenal fan and never misses a game, no matter what crazy hour it kicks off - Ash will be watching. Like every typical Englishman, Ash enjoys a beer but also loves to embrace his new home and is a huge fan of Central Otago Pinot Noir, so to battle the dreaded dad bod, you'll find him hitting the gym almost as hard as he works.
If Ash can find some free time outside of work & family life, he has a newfound love/hate relationship with golf which will likely be a work in progress for the foreseeable future.
