When Hello HR’s Founder & business owner Kristen Hardy picked up Start With Hello by author Linda Coles, off the bookshelf at her office in the Campbell Tyson Business Centre in Pukekohe, she instantly connected with it.  This wasn’t just because its message resonated deeply but because it shares the same name as her own company, Start with Hello Limited.

Coles’ book focuses on authentic connection over conversion, exploring how genuine conversations create real opportunities through curiosity, care, and consistency.
